Our Own Project

Problem: The human been know that there’s not enough water because the 75% of the planet is water of these percentage the 95% is salt water, and the 1% is available water, but we continue wasting it approximately in each continent in Mexico, 280 thousands hectares are contaminated in one day, this is the first country that has the greatest amount of contamination in America.

Hypothesis

1.         If the human made some machines that purify the water without affecting in a bad way all living things, that machines are going to show until what point of our live we arrive so this is going to make conscience to the human been about the attitude we have.

Questions:

1.     How can we save the river without affecting in a bad way the living things?

2.     How does the human activity affects the rain?

3.     How the acid rain and contaminated water affects the food chain?

4.     Is a polluted river important for the society?

5.     What is the percentage of water that is available to drink? If we know that is not enough, why we continue wasting and contaminating it?

Conclution: The first causants of the pollution of water are the human activities,this ones not only contaminate the water but also the rain this contaminated rain is the acid rain.

Water Pollution In Bogota

Introduction:
In Bogota all the wastes produced by humans had been throwing them to the river so the among of pollution in the water reached a critical point.


















Information About Bogotas River:
The Bogota River is a major river of the Cundinamarca department of Colombia crossing the region from the northeast to the southwest and passing along the western limits of Bogota. The large population and major industrial base in its watershed have resulted in extremely  severe contamination problems for the river.

Problem:
The human raze know that there's not much water, but we continue wasting and contaminating it.

Hypotesis:
If the human been make some machines that purify water without affecting in a bad way the living things, showing until what point we the humans have arrived making conscience about our attitude.

Causes:
Some materials that are produced in industries are very toxic for the water such as:

• The sediments
• The metals
• The biological pollution 
• The sewage
• The marine dumping
• And many others.

Diary Pollutants:
Some materials that pollute the water are used in our houses this ones takes years to decompose here are some examples.

• Cardboard           2 weeks.
• Newspaper          6 weeks.
• Foam                   50 years
• Styrofoam            80 years.
• Aluminium            200 years.
• Plastic                  400 years.
• Glass                    aprox 400 years.

Other pollutants are:

• Radioactive Wastes
• Global Warming
• Atmosphere Deposition
• Eutrophication
• Heavy Metals
• Industrials Wastes
• Microbial Pollutants

Each year 2.2 million of people die in developing diseases.
2.4 million gallons of water are used in a year in all the world
